Spaghetti Supper Volunteer Opportunities

Help set up room (tables & Chairs)

Friday, February 26th *

Provide Bake goods * Deliver Friday or before 2:30 PM Sat.. Please use disposable pans. Decorating and setting tables (morning-time to be determined)

Saturday, February 27th *

Pre-meal food preparation from 12-3PM Pre-meal food preparation from 3-6PM Assist in dining room 3-5PM ( plating deserts, wrapping silverware, placing rolls in baskets) Assist in dining room 5-7PM ( plating deserts, wrapping silverware, placing rolls in baskets) Kitchen Server 3-5PM Kitchen Server 5-7PM Wait Staff (serving tables) 2 hour shifts between 4&7 will be assigned) Table bussers (serving tables) 2 hour shifts between 4&7 will be assigned) Sell baked goods 3-5PM Sell baked goods 5-7PM Coordinate drink stations 3-5PM Coordinate drink stations 5-7PM Dishwasher/dryer/scraper 4-6PM Dishwasher/dryer/scraper 6-8PM Fellowship Hall cleanup after event 7:30PM Kitchen cleanup after event 8PM
