As we reopen, each family will be deciding when they feel it is right for them to return to church and when they are comfortable with their children returning to Kid's Cove classes. Children may stay with their families for the entire service or leave with the rest of the children and attend classes. Because of this virus, you will need to wear a mask in the service and you can only hum to the songs...no singing as we don't want to possibly spread the virus to anyone. Also, you will be sitting with your parents or the one who brought you to church for the children's sermon rather than going up front. We look forward to waving hi or giving air hugs! Sorry, no real hugging yet.
JANUARY EVENTS
First Communion Class–January 31, 2021 @ 3:00We would like to invite any child in2nd grade or above who has not taken the 1st communion to join us on January 31st@ 3:00pm in the Fellowship Hall for our annual class. Parents, Godparents, and siblings are welcome to join us. Please look for the insert in upcoming bulletins to register your child. This class is usually small so we should be able to social distance. We will keep you posted if we need to postpone due to COVID-19
Noisy Offering for Camp Sunday The second Sunday of each month is Noisy Offering for Camp Sunday. After the children's message they pass around cans to dump in your change. All monies will go towards camp. Last year we collected enough to help send one kid to camp who otherwise wouldn't have been able to attend. Go to the bank and get a roll of nickles, dimes or quarters. We want to make lots of noise in those cans.
