Men's Ministries
Men grow in faith, fellowship, and service through study, prayer, and community outreach.
Men's Group
The Men’s Group at Cornwall United Methodist Church in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, provides a strong community where men grow together in faith, fellowship, and service. Through Bible study, prayer, and open discussion, participants strengthen their relationship with Christ and support one another in living out their faith daily. The group meets regularly for fellowship events, mission projects, and service opportunities that positively impact both the church and the surrounding community. Men are encouraged to lead with integrity, build meaningful friendships, and live as examples of Christ’s love, growing spiritually while helping others experience God’s grace through action and commitment.
The Value of Men Working with Other Men as Living Examples of Christians
When men work alongside other men as living examples of Christian faith, they strengthen one another’s walk with God and inspire accountability, integrity, and growth. Shared experiences in study, service, and fellowship create deep bonds rooted in mutual encouragement and trust. By modeling Christlike behavior in real-world settings, men demonstrate how faith can guide leadership, relationships, and decision-making. This fellowship cultivates humility, compassion, and perseverance—virtues that reflect God’s grace. Together, men become powerful witnesses of Christ’s transforming love, shaping families, communities, and the church through their actions and the strength of their shared spiritual commitment.
Common Issues of Discussion in the CUMC Men's Group
Common topics of discussion in the Cornwall United Methodist Church Men’s Group center around faith, family, and living as Christian men in today’s world. Members openly share challenges and triumphs related to balancing work, relationships, and spiritual growth. The group often explores Scripture to find guidance on leadership, integrity, forgiveness, and perseverance. Conversations also focus on how to serve others, strengthen marriages, mentor youth, and build stronger connections within the church and community. Through honest dialogue and mutual support, men encourage one another to live faithfully, grow spiritually, and apply biblical principles in everyday life with purpose and humility.
