The kitchen ministry is comprised of many things other than cooking. Many can cook but if you have the gift of organization, we can use you too! We need someone to learn the overall kitchen management. We also need people to learn the general workings of the kitchen, where things are stored and how to use the various equipment so there are more people who feel comfortable preparing food and organizing various church functions. Some of the areas where we need help are inventorying supplies, knowing where things are kept for everyday use and special events, managing kitchen help during events, washing dishes at events.
